All per foot rates are based upon length overall for whichever is longer, boat or slip.
The LOA includes bowsprit, swim step, boom, boarding platform, etc.
Security deposits are one months rent.
Live aboard fee is 50% in addition to the monthly rate.
Transient Moorage and Subleasing
Transient moorage is $3.00 per foot per night.
Monthly subleased slips are an additional $5.00 per foot.
Assignment for available slips is made by Application only.
